3 Phase AC/Induction Electric Motors

Our extensive range of 3 Phase Aluminium electric motors are available in 2, 4 and 6 pole. These motors have multi and variable speed options as well as special shaft design and materials. Available in light industrial aluminium up to 18.5 kilowatts, high efficiency, enhanced performance and high specification motors. The standard motor is supplied with a top mounted terminal box, and had detachable feet.

With its unique multi mount design allowing the feet to be removed and the motor mount from any of the 8 mounting pads it means that for axial flow fans there is no need for a motor mount in the fan case. This enables quicker assembly times, lower cost and less restriction to air flow. Alternatively the feet can be relocated to either side, for a wall motor or side mounted terminal box.

Standard motors are designed with the following parameters:

• Continuous duty (S1)
• Single Phase - 220-240Volt 50 Hz power supply
• Three Phase - 380-415Volt 50Hz power supply
• Ambient temperatures up to 40 degrees C
• Installation at altitudes up to 1000m
• Performance data is based on these parameters and may need adjustment for different conditions.

Hazardous Area Motors

Designed to withstand the pressure caused by an internal explosion and prevent flame propagation outside. For zone 2 both low and high voltage available, from 0.25 to 18000 kW. Fulfilling EN standards and ATEX directives, as well as complying with many other international and local requirments.
